We take privacy seriously. Here's exactly what we collect, how we use it, and what you can do about it.

When you use Dorus, we collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, business details, and any content you input or configure within the platform.
We also collect data automatically as you use our services: usage data, device information, IP address, browser type, and interaction logs that help us operate and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. Full stop.
To operate and personalize the Dorus platform — including training your AI team on your business data, generating responses in your brand voice, and improving your results over time.
To communicate with you about your account, new features, security updates, and product changes.
To protect the security and integrity of the platform and prevent fraud or misuse.
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
We implement access controls, audit logging, and security monitoring. Only authorized personnel can access your data, and only when required for support or security purposes.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Your business data — customer interactions, configurations, preferences — is used to personalize and improve your AI team's performance. This is core to how Dorus works.
We do not use your business-specific data to train models for other customers. Your Company Brain is yours.
For full details on how AI processes your data, see our AI & Data Policy.
Dorus uses trusted third-party services to operate — including cloud infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), and AI model providers. Each is bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
When you connect integrations (Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, etc.), those connections are governed by both our policies and the respective provider's terms.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Submit requests to privacy@dorus.ai.
If you're located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
California residents have rights under CCPA, including the right to know what data is collected and the right to opt out of sale (which we do not engage in).
