By accessing or using Dorus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paying subscribers, and anyone accessing the platform on behalf of a business.

Dorus is an AI-powered operations platform for small businesses. We provide six AI employee personas (Maya, Zach, Jordan, Marcus, Ashley, Olivia), a Company Brain learning layer, and supporting dashboards and automation tools.

We make no guarantee that AI-generated content, responses, or recommendations will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving material communications before they go out.

Dorus.AI is a tool that assists your business — it does not replace professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@dorus.ai.

Accounts may only be used for lawful business purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may not use Dorus to send spam, harass individuals, distribute illegal content, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the underlying AI models, prompts, or infrastructure of Dorus.

You may not resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent.

Paid subscriptions are billed weekly or monthly depending on your selected plan. All prices are in USD.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You own the content you create and the business data you bring into Dorus.AI. You grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the service.

Dorus.AI, its AI models, branding, and platform code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or replicate them.

Dorus is provided 'as is.' To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of Dorus after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
